Top London Trainer Promises to Ease Back Pain With Free C.A.R.E Programme Classes During Back Awareness Week (17-23 October)

Dax Moy, The UK's top health and fitness expert gives London residents an opportunity to experience pain easing C.A.R.E programme for free.

(PRWEB) October 8, 2005 -- Top London trainer Dax Moy today announced the launch of his new C.A.R.E programme as part of an initiative to rid people of their long-term aches and pains.

C.A.R.E which stands for Corrective And Rehabilitative Exercise is a holistic programme of gentle exercises, stretches, nutritional guidance along with massage and acupuncture that is designed to work with the body to get to the underlying cause of the problem. The exact opposite of many other methods, which deal only with the effects.

Moy, who has been voted one of the UK’s top fitness experts, describes the programme as revolutionary in its approach. “Most people with low back pain, or any pain for that matter, tend to opt for treatments that provide immediate relief. They take pills, gels, massages or other manipulative therapies and generally feel a bit better as a result. For a short while, at least.

The problem is, the pain they’re dealing with is only the effect of something else going wrong. In fact, the cause is never addressed at all.

The C.A.RE Programme is different. We take an in-depth look at posture, alignment, core control and other factors like the foods you eat and the water you drink, all of which can greatly contribute to pain syndromes”

Moy, who last month told millions of ITV’s ‘This Morning’ viewers that posture was the root of numerous ills, as far reaching as headache to hair loss and menstrual pain to infertility said “So many people allow pain to ruin the quality of their lives but could be rid of it altogether if they knew just a handful of very simple techniques. C.A.R.E delivers those techniques in clear, unambiguous and easy to follow language and gets to the cause of the problem so that the effects have no choice but to go away.”

As part of National Back Awareness week, Dax is giving free classes to the community so that they can feel the benefits of C.A.R.E for themselves. “People have become so sceptical of the various ‘experts’ that claim they can rid them of pain that they often ignore the real opportunities that come along."

"I wanted to give people the opportunity to feel for themselves how simple yet highly effective the programme is," he said. "By offering the classes free during back awareness week, anyone who tries the C.A.R.E programme has nothing to lose...except their back pain of course.”

A free booklet “Banish Your Backpain…forever!” will be available online during Back Awareness Week at www.daxmoy-pts.co.uk/banish. The booklet is normally £12.99.
