"This online course provides practical ideas on designing an orientation program that connects the students with the faculty, the college and each other to help you retain and graduate more students," said Susan Backofen.

"Building a program to ensure a smooth hand off from admissions to faculty is a critical component of student retention. This course covers many aspects of an effective orientation program, including first-week-of-class activities and orientation for late enrollments," said Dr. Amir Moghadam, Executive Director of MaxKnowledge.
