"Accessible Web Sites" Isn't a Swear Word

Webmasters have no excuse. Anyone can follow these steps and produce an accessible site with this step by step guide.

Webmasters seem to fear the thought of creating accessible sites. With hundreds of guidelines to discover and thousands of mistakes being flagged, most businesses have failed to comply even with the most basic "Priority 1" or "Single A" guideline.

In October 2004 the law required all businesses to comply with the web accessibility guidelines outlined by W3C. So far studies show that only few have taken this seriously.

For most webmasters, the problem is being unaware of the tools to use and where to find them. Zanet was in the same position.
