Mastroianni has dressed Hollywood celebrities such as Jane Seymour, Angela Bassett, Tara Reid and Christina Ricci. Staying true to her own vision by not succumbing to trends, she explains, I dont believe in trends. I believe in timeless elegance. Trends will go in and out. Elegance and beauty will always remain."

Inspired by the sun and the sea of her native Mediterranean landscape, she embraces both colors and whites. With 40% of the seasons collection being white, the focus was heavily on details and flowing shapes. While shes busy creating fresh and elegant pieces, Mastroianni has her eyes set on designing for homes in the near future. What I do is design. Im at my best when I get to do that. You have to come to an understanding where theres a harmony between the creator and the product thats being created. Its a craft. You have to develop it and understand it. In doing so, you see the results of it."

And the results are fabulous.
