E-Z Rent-A-Car Celebrates the Move to a Brand New Orlando International Airport Facility

E-Z Rent-A-Car opened the doors to its new facility serving the Orlando International Airport car rental market on December 12, 2005, thus moving its operations from the long-standing McCoy Rd. location to a closer and more convenient Semoran Blvd. location.

The process of changing addresses was fueled by the desire to upgrade the overall customer experience and E-Z Rent-A-Car’s growing market share. Each customer is greeted by a spacious and inviting lobby that offers dedicated terminals for renting and returning the vehicles, thus making both of these processes more efficient. Additionally, E-Z Rent-A-Car has increased the number of computer terminals by 70% over its previous setup.

Another added customer convenience is the closer proximity to the airport terminal. E-Z Rent-A-Car’s fleet of shuttle buses now operate on a loop that much closer to the airport terminal than it previously traveled.

E-Z Rent-A-Car will be upgrading the overall customer experience in other markets as well. In the next two months, E-Z Rent-A-Car will be moving in terminal at the Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport and the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, two of the largest leisure rental car markets in the United States.
