U.S.Green Building Council-Chicago Chapter plans Second Biennial event to raise awareness for Green Building industry. The event will be held Saturday, May 13, 2006 at the Shedd Aquarium.
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) January 4, 2006 -- The U.S. Green Building Council- Chicago Chapter has retained Spirited Celebrations, Inc. as event planner of record for its Second Biennial Emerald Gala, May 13, 2006 at the John G. Shedd Aquarium. Established in 2004, the Emerald Gala is the premiere celebratory event for professionals in the green building industry in Chicago. In its first year the event attracted 400 professionals and featured a keynote speech from Illinois Lieutenant Governor Pat Quinn and served as a platform for the GreenWorks Awards for the City of Chicago Department of Environment. Tickets for the May 13, 2006 event will be $100 for members and $150 for non-members.
