Wednesday February 1 topic is the Ethics Workshop. It is focused on creating an Ethics Policy, and how an effective adoption of ethical culture in the workplace can improve the bottom line. This workshop also includes two hours of Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Training. Effective January 1, 2006 each employer with 50 or more employees must provide two hours of training and education every two years. Thursday February 2 topic is Human Capital ROI, a guided discussion on adapting the organization to maximize and improve individual performance.
