New York, NY (PRWEB) January 5, 2006
Anthony Ellis shocked colleagues in the health and fitness industry when he announced today that he is encouraging visitors to his website to gain weight in 2006. The shock turned to support, however, when they learned that Ellis, an expert in gaining lean muscle mass, is addressing his comments to people who have troubling putting on pounds…not taking them off.
While 23% of Americans will diet this January (source: The NPD Group), Ellis has his attention focused on the more than 70,000 people worldwide who visit his website regularly for tips and techniques that allow them to sculpt their bodies by adding lean muscle, not fat. In an environment where CNN's Sanjay Gupta, Dr. Phil, Oprah, and other popular self-help counselors are focused on weight loss, Ellis wants to remember "the people the media has forgotten…underweight men and women who want to get bigger, but don't want to go the steroid route," he says.
Ellis knows that diet is only part of a healthy weight-gain plan. That's why his online "inner circle" is a community that has access to an exercise database, research information, calculators, and everything he could think of to support heir efforts. They also have access to peer communication with a message board and live chat.
Ellis is himself a hard-gainer and created a popular weight gain routine called Gaining Mass. It's an integrated system of diet, exercise, and nutritional supplementation for his personal use. When it worked for him, he decided it to share it with "like-minded and like-weighted people," who want to learn how to gain weight, he explains.
"There's nothing as motivational or inspirational as knowing that 'people like you' have achieved what you want," says Ellis. In that spirit, the former "98-lb. weakling" posts his own before-and-after pictures onsite.
Ellis invites anyone interested in learning more about his approach to gaining weight and building muscle to download his success stories ebook. It's free and available only at: http://www.FastMuscleGain.com.
