Get Smart - ThoughtOffice Brings 24/7 PhD and MBA Brainpower to Create Faster, Smarter Consulting Sessions & Presentations

Consultants and Coaches are expected to have insights into almost every area of business and life. Having that bandwidth, and then presenting it to clients can be a daunting chore without a network of seasoned experts to tap into. ThoughtOffice, a company in Portland, Oregon claims to have found a way through to instantly tap 'modules' of expertise, and present the info in a form that quickly and effectively gets clients up to speed in 16 critical business, creativity and life subjects.

Portland, OR (PRWEB) January 4, 2006 -- ThoughtOffice today announces the release of ThoughtOffice Creativity and Presentation Software Suite (http://www.thoughtoffice.com/?page_id=38). Developed to speed and bolster the creativity and brainstorming process, the product now includes a SlideShow Presenter to provide instant presentation of the users creativity Session right from the program. Also added are enhancements to the current line of 17 eXpertTopic Modules that provide MBA, CEO and PhD expertise in the form of over 13,700 questions, comments and references.

"As consultants, we understand the challenge presented to us to help solve so many of our client's problems and issues" says Mark Alan Effinger, Chairman of ThoughtOffice Corporation (http://www.thoughtoffice.com) and co-developer of ThoughtOffice software. "ThoughtOffice, or more accurately, the ThoughtOffice Suite provides a powerful tool to tap really bright minds and a massive 6.8 million phrase and 600,000 image database. It's like having over 200 additional professionals on staff... yet without any of the expense or issues of 24/7 availability".

The software suite consists of a program with three distinct interfaces: ThoughtOffice is a creativity tool that driven by multiple databases such as Word and Phrase Associations, Internet Keywords, Synonyms and Hypernyms, and Stock Photo images (http://www.thoughtoffice.com/?page_id=7). A single search phrase returns up to hundreds of "Associations", or related expressions to stimulate ideas and start a train of thinking.

To further define problems or issues is the ThoughtOffice Topics Browser. By selecting a Module in any of 16+ areas of expertise (from Advertising to Conflict-Resolution to Private Investigation) the consultant can drill down into a problem and crisply define it, as well as find some top-level resolutions.

ThoughtOffice also includes an Organizing mode that provides a way to sequentially organize each concept, question or idea into individual Entries in a Session. A single-click adds images and links to provide an active and dynamic document that can be printed, saved as a web page or presented as a SlideShow with the integrated SlideShow Viewer.

"We don't intend to compete with Power Point(tm) when it comes to presentations. But when it comes to sharing an idea, or providing a roadmap to success for a client, ThoughtOffice does a pretty good job" says David Lockman, Product Specialist for ThoughtOffice Corporation. "Our system also provides a way for a consultant to 'brand' their presentation, add a Copyright notice and time and date stamp each entry. In the end, those elements seemed to be critically important to our users".

The ThoughtOffice Creativity & Presentation Software Suite runs on Windows 2000 / XP / Vista and Macintosh OSX computers. Priced at $99 for the full creativity program with 1 eXpertTopic Modules, additional modules can be added for $33-$49 each (http://www.thoughtoffice.com/?page_id=4). Discounted product 'bundles' are also offered for Coaching/Consulting, Speaking & Presentations, Comedy Writing and for advanced Business and start at $149. A free trial is available on the web site (http://www.thoughtoffice.com/?page_id=8).

Bringing creativity and brainstorming together with a presentation tool might not appear to make much sense. But consultants and coaches are finding that it's an ideal marriage that can shave significant time off from assembling effective training and problem-solving document preparation. The end result is more time helping the client, and less time in preparation.
