"We use grapefruit seed extract, vodka and vinegar as natural preservatives for many of our products and have perfected our formulas to the degree that there is absolutely no odor from these. In addition, we only use essential oils to scent our products, never any harsh perfumes or synthetic fragrances," says Valerie Crystal, co-owner. "Many of our allergy prone friends and family have noticed that they can use our products without any allergic reactions and or drying of the skin. This might have something to do with the fact that we’ve omitted goddess-only-knows how many toxic chemicals usually found in commercial products"

Naima and Valerie are always busily perfecting their homemade formulas and coming up with new products. They are presently in the process of sending a baby oil product to market (January 2006). Shampoo and Conditioner will be ready in February 2006 and a mineral make-up line in April 2006. In addition, they strive to make their products affordable while maintaining their high quality.
