Baja Building Company, a company located in Phoenix, AZ recently purchased a tract of land in San Felipe, Baja California near the Lighthouse landmark. Construction has begun on an eight unit townhome project located on Golfo de California street.

This product provides a soundproofing and insulation factor equivalent to R-50 in the U.S. Mexico has a shortage of lumber and hard woods and typically construction has been with cement block. This cement block construction has poor insulation and does not block out noise from room to room. Another benefit with the Nudura construction is the ability to use drywall and hang pictures without having to use cement nails and leaving large holes in the wall that is typical with block construction
