Day two of the Summit, Sullivan presents "Referral Systems and Social Networks that Deliver Top Talent," a session focused on best practices in employee referral and networking.

Dr. John Sullivan is a professor of management at San Francisco University's College of Business, where he has taught for more than 20 years.
He is also a business consultant, providing leading edge expertise in a variety of HR areas, including recruiting, retention, and workforce planning. Throughout his extensive career as a consultant, Sullivan has worked with more than 175 businesses and organizations worldwide.
Often best known for his writing, Sullivan is the author of a weekly column that appears at Electronic Recruiting Exchange (ERE). In addition, he is the author of several books, including "HR Metrics the World Class Way."
A recognized thought leader, Dr. John Sullivan has appeared on the CBS Evening News, ABC News, and CNN.
