Hotel Management Company will manage new western themed resort in Northern Arizona.

Grace Hospitality Group of Phoenix, Arizona has been selected as the management company for the new Bison Ranch Resort Suites in Overgaard, Arizona. The Resort Suites is a part of Bison Ranch, a 160 acre multi-use development from Bison Homes, located in the heart of the White Mountains. The development includes the Bison Ranch Resort Suites, residential cabins, Bison town and the Bison Ranch Retreat Center.

The Bison Ranch Resort Suites is a western themed project with 86 one and two bedroom condo suites. All of the suites have kitchenettes, luxurious leather furnishings, pillow top beds, fireplaces, private patios, and upscale guest amenities. Within the lavishly appointed lobby there is a Clubhouse featuring an extensive sports memorabilia collection including many Hall of Fame items. The Bison Ranch Resort Suites also offers meeting space and a billiard, chess, and backgammon room.

The Bison Ranch development features a live bison exhibit, a catch and release trout pond, horseback riding, hiking, and bicycling. Also within the development is Bison town, a western themed retail complex. Bison town guests can view the world’s most unique historic Bison exhibits at the Buffalo Museum of America, or visit the gourmet coffee house, restaurant and boutique shops within Bison town. The Bison Ranch Retreat Center features state of the art meeting space that can accommodate up to 300 people for meetings or catered functions.

According to Jody Harwood, Managing Director of Grace Hospitality Group, “we are excited to be in partnership with Bison Ranch and representing this very unique resort property that combines the luxury and comfort of a first class resort with the activities and amenities of a western themed ranch experience.”

In addition to Bison Ranch, Bison Homes is near completion with the 146 acre master planned community, Bison Ridge in Show Low, Arizona, and is proceeding with another planned development in the White Mountains that will include a resort hotel, golf course, and a state of the art 20,000 square foot conference center. According to Gary Martinson, President of Bison Homes, “our goal is to continue to develop multi-use communities that combine residential homes with resort hospitality. We are excited to be affiliated with Grace Hospitality Group and look forward to being the leader in White Mountain hospitality with our future projects.”

Grace Hospitality Group is a division of W.M. Grace Companies.
