Take a Little ‘She’ Time This Valentine’s Day

Uniquely for women only, this one-day seminar on 11th February is designed around women's needs, to help them gain self-awareness, do some stock-taking and then go forward with their life planning. The sheTIME Seminar is designed specifically with ‘change’ in-mind.

(PRWEB) January 12, 2006 -- Everyone's recovered from Christmas, got through making those New Year’s Resolutions (even kept some of them) and faced the shock of how quickly January’s come along and is going again. February looms and life seems to be plodding along much the same as it always has. Only this year we wanted things to be different…wanted to change those areas in our life that simply aren’t working [career, relationships, money, emotions] and cause stress. If only there was a place where one could get support and learn from the experts about change - the processes and techniques for working out what to do and how to get there. The sheTIME Seminar on Saturday 11th February in London is, quite simply, that place.

Created by Fran Diack, the sheTIME Seminar is designed specifically with ‘change’ in-mind. Uniquely for women only, this one-day seminar is designed around women's needs, to help them gain self-awareness, do some stock-taking and then go forward with their life planning. Which means that women spend a day dedicated to looking objectively at thier lives, understanding more about themselves, their emotions and what they want from life in a supportive environment.

What’s more, they learn the processes and techniques needed to feel good about themself and implement those changes. The benefit of which is the focus and knowledge to create a life where more time is spent doing the things they love, with the people they love. Having a lifestyle and plans that value who they are, and where they want to be, with increased energy and enthusiasm for life.

One day, 5 topics.
The variety of topics addressed at sheTIME makes it a truly rounded look at women’s lives:
1. "Knowing who you are and what you want"
2. "Women's well-being - understanding your emotions and moods"
3. "Assessing your current situation and the principles of change"
4. "Action-planning and processes for implementing change"
5. "Developing healthy self-esteem and confidence"

The sheTIME Seminar is on Saturday 11th February in Central London, 10.30-5.30pm. It is hosted by founder Fran Diack with sessions facilitated by life-coach Jenny Ungless, women’s wellbeing and self-esteem practitioner Sjanie Hugo and homeopath and lecturer Dr Taryn Jacobs. The fee, which includes the sheTIME learning resources and work-book, speakers, venue, drinks and lunch, is £146.88 inclusive of VAT per person. Testimonials – from previous sheTIME seminars-

“sheTIME is a bit like a spa day, but for the mind – it left me feeling completely energised, re-focused and better equipped to deal with all the stuff in my life.” Jill Borten, Arts Centre Co-ordinator

“This was an extremely motivating event with experts who know what they talk about in an open, relaxed and comfortable environment, where issues that one normally wouldn’t talk about can be discussed. interesting to see that, at the end of the day, we all struggle with similar problems sometimes, and that there are solutions that fit. The exercises on the day helped me figure out how I’m doing and feeling about different areas of my life, and the facilitators made me see that it was good to take time-out to be ‘selfish’ or self-focused without feeling bad about it. A particularly eye-opening session on emotional well-being. I had never thought my cycle could possibly influence the success or failure of certain actions (or my perception of their success or failure) when taken at different times during the month.” Antje Mundt, Banqueting Manager

“A day that every woman balancing life, relationships and career needs to feed her soul and revive her spirit. Go! And get a place for your mum, your sister and your best friend…Glow knowing you’ve treated those who care for you to some time to care for themselves.” Sinead O’Rourke, Barrister
