On-demand employee performance management (EPM) is one of the fastest-growing areas of enterprise technology. MindSolve Technologies, a privately-held EPM vendor, announces a strong finish to 2005 due to increasing demand for their software as a service.

MindSolve Technologies, the technology leader in Employee Performance Management, today announced its 2005 year-end results. Continuing a pattern of strong, uninterrupted growth, sales bookings increased by 177% over 2004. "This achievement reflects both the acquisition of key new enterprise clients, and our very high renewal rate (96%) by existing customers," says Dan Boccabella, MindSolve General Manager.

“We've seen a huge increase in demand from companies who recognize the profitable link between managing employee performance and executing business strategy," Boccabella adds. "This is due in part to the fact that analysts have recently highlighted our leading-edge integration of employee performance management capability with business intelligence and corporate performance management applications like the balanced scorecard."

MindSolve's newest software suite, MVP Express, has generated tremendous interest from small to mid-sized companies. "Companies want to get up and running with employee performance management initiatives quickly, with minimal resource investment," Boccabella explains, "and that's exactly what MVP Express offers."

MindSolve's 2005 achievements are a convergence of sales success and highly satisfied customers. Jeff Lyons, MindSolve’s Chief Client Officer, describes the impact of the company's relentless customer focus. “We outgrew our client services facility and moved to a larger location to house our growing staff of highly-skilled Project Engineers. They provide single-point-of-contact service for every customer, a model that continues to deliver satisfied customers."

MindSolve's customer satisfaction survey results this year were consistent with previous years', indicating that customers continue to experience stellar service from MindSolve.

Robin Polsky from Capgemini praises MindSolve service, "Customer service is amazing. Whether it's an enhancement to a process or a solution for an issue, MindSolve is always available for questions and quick with answers and suggestions."

Like MindSolve's other clients, Capgemini benefits from an on-demand web-delivery model offering administrative support that is unique in the performance management industry. “Instead of imposing the hidden costs that surprise the enterprise customers of other vendors,” Boccabella says, "we handle upgrades, custom reports, and ongoing support for one fixed price."
