Knowledge Infusion, the authority on human capital management (HCM) technologies, today announces it is partnering with Oracle Corporation, the world’s largest enterprise software vendor, to delver a Talent Management seminar on January 31st at the Oracle headquarters in Redwood Shores, Calif.

What: In conjunction with Oracle, Knowledge Infusion will co-sponsor the seminar focused on helping customers learn about strategies and tools for effective Talent Management. The agenda will include sessions on high-level business strategy as well as Oracle product strategy where attendees will learn:

  • The importance of an integrated Talent Management strategy that affects business results.
  • Insight into Oracle’s plan for the PeopleSoft Talent Management product line including Performance Management, Recruiting and Learning.
  • A demo of how technology can transform business goals and objectives featuring Oracle Fusion and Workforce Lifecycle Management.
  • A customer presentation highlighting how Learning Management is the nucleus of change in their organization.

Who: Knowledge Infusion president, Heidi Spirgi, and consulting experts James Harvey and Greg Thompson will join Oracle product strategy leaders including Gretchen Alarcon and Brian Gaspar to deliver an informative day focused on Talent Management. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a panel discussion of industry leaders led by Jason Averbook, CEO of Knowledge Infusion. The panel will include Talent Management experts featuring prominent analyst, Katherine Jones from AberdeenGroup, discussing the future of Talent Management.

Why: Learning, recruiting, and human resource departments are sharing more of the responsibilities for Talent Management technologies and processes.
