EAM is a focused application developed specifically to work with PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM implementations. EAM improves the online application experience for job seekers, improves response management with candidates, reduces recruiter workloads and cuts outsourced hardcopy resume and application processing costs. EAM also includes a resume processing add-in for email, which allows resumes received via email to be instantly parsed and the data automatically entered into the customer’s candidate management system. EAM has been adopted by customers using PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM applications versions 8.3 through 8.9.
