Oneupweb, the trusted leader in search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing (SEM), today announced new hires in recruiting, technology, client service, media planning and creative services. Simultaneously, Oneupweb announces plans to build additional space and hire more staff in first quarter of 2006, promising to reveal more of its overall business growth plan in upcoming months.

“One of the most significant new hires is our new Human Resources Manager, Anne Rix,” says Oneupweb CEO and President Lisa Wehr. “With the addition of her talents, we can embark on a focused recruiting plan which includes hiring more programmers, creative designers and client service trainees in both natural optimization and paid search services, to name just a few. Oneupweb’s nationally recognized architect is designing an addition which will triple its space again, adding more than 12,000 square feet to the current building. New facilities will include more sales offices, conference rooms, project management suites, and larger recreational space and library areas.

“The design of our work areas is an important consideration to us,” explains Wehr, who designed Oneupweb’s current space. “The furnishings have to facilitate collaboration between teammates and allow individuals to focus on high-level strategy, seemingly contradictory atmospheres.” Oneupweb intends to repeat the successful, calming environment by repeating the use of the customized combination of furnishings, low lighting and classic modern décor.
