eSymbiosis Solutions to Become ProKarma Effective Immediately
Combined company will have seven U.S. and two overseas locations
Omaha, NE and Denver, CO (PRWEB) January 18, 2006 -- eSymbiosis Solutions International is adopting the corporate name ProKarma, Inc. effective immediately. eSymbiosis merged with ProKarma in July of 2005 but retained its original corporate identity. Because of the merger and the desire to support all clients under one brand name moving forward, all locations will become ProKarma in 2006.
Since the merger, the company has grown significantly and has expanded aggressively into IT Consulting Services, Business Process Outsourcing and Product Development. The company added over 20 new clients since the merger and now serves over 50 clients nationwide.
ProKarma has experienced significant growth in 2005 with 125% increase in revenues over the previous year. Employee growth has also been significant with a global workforce of over 200 employees. ProKarma has offices in seven U.S. cities and maintains BPO and IT development centers in Hyderabad and Bangalore, India.
In 2006 ProKarma plans to aggressively expand its IT Services capabilities, move into additional BPO offerings and enhance its product portfolio.
