Lawrence A. Rosenblum, CPA, Principal at Goldstein Lewin & Co. was recognized at the South Florida Business Journal 2005 Excellence in Accounting Awards breakfast. Under Mr. Rosenblum’s leadership, Goldstein Lewin’s cost segregation studies practice emerged from a startup situation to a thriving department. He has performed over 60 cost segregation studies for properties ranging in value from $600,000 to over $50 million.

As Principal in charge of the firm’s Cost Segregation Studies and Real Estate Consulting Division, he provides consulting services to the real estate community, including real estate developers, owners, and lessors. He also performs tax planning and consulting engagements for closely held businesses.
