Students to Learn How to Produce Personalized School Yearbooks at Free Seminar

Digital photography and printing techniques are revolutionizing the traditional high school yearbook printing process. Yearbook coordinators and students are invited to attend, where they will learn to master the latest photography, layout, design and printing techniques used in professional looking yearbook production.

On February 1st, 2006, students from around upstate NY and northwest PA will converge on downtown Rochester’s School of the Arts for the first annual Yearbook University seminar. Open to all teachers, staff and students enrolled in a K-12 institution, this free presentation will feature professional photography and print instructors who will lecture on digital camera basics, principals of design and layout, and how to personalize the school’s yearbook using digital printing. The ninety-minute seminar will begin shortly after the school day at 3:30pm.
