Dubel brings to this important position more than 16 years’ experience in recruitment and human resources consulting specific to talent acquisition and retention in the Denver area. Amanda earned honors with NAS as Manager of the Year and extensive awards for excellence in customer service.

A member of the Colorado Human Resources Association, Dubel will apply her expertise in client service, employment branding, account management and business development to provide solutions to NAS’ broad client base in the region.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from East Carolina University, Dubel founded the Full Tilt Foundation which promotes under-aged alcohol awareness education combined with biking activities. In addition, Dubel serves on the board of the Task Force of Douglas/Elbert Counties and is also involved in local politics. Overseeing the mission efforts at her church, she coordinates the Habitat for Humanity, Zimbabwe Partnership, Afghanistan 4 Tomorrow, and the English as a Second Language (ESL) initiatives. Aside from her community service, Amanda has been actively involved in various human resources organizations and has provided training sessions for the Mountain States Employers Council.
