The New Face at Brook Group

Brook Group, a custom Web design firm near Washington, DC, announces the arrival of their newest staff member, Michelle Stevens. Acting as the firm’s Senior Interactive Designer, Stevens joins Brook Group’s current Creative Director, Michelle Suazo, in creating Web sites and brand identities.

Ellicott City, MD (PRWEB) January 19, 2006 – Brook Group, a custom Web design firm near Washington, DC, announces the arrival of their newest staff member, Michelle Stevens. Acting as the firm’s Senior Interactive Designer, Stevens joins Brook Group’s current Creative Director, Michelle Suazo, in creating Web sites and brand identities. (http://www.brookgroup.com)

Stevens formerly worked for Aquilent, Inc. as their Creative Designer. Her previous work includes developing a support Web site for the National Park Service and designing the layout and custom marketing designs for the United States Postal Service’s Web site, www.USPS.com.

“The USPS job was my most high-profile job. It was rewarding because I had a chance to develop my skills working with Aquilent’s New York design team,” says Stevens.

After graduating from Towson University in 1999, her career began with an internship with the Baltimore Orioles. Assisting the Graphic Designer in the production of in-house projects, Stevens learned quickly that she was in the right business.

For the last seven years, Stevens has also performed freelance graphic design work, creating logos, collateral and Web sites designed to promote her clients and attract new business.

“I chose Brook Group because of the people and their creativity. They put design first,” says Stevens.

“I’m excited to have such a creative force on my team,” says Kara Brook, President of Brook Group. “Michelle produces impressive work.” (http://www.brookgroup.com/karabrook.html)
