Inspectorsreference.com delivers valuable detailed information about home inspectors across the nation using the "KISS" philosophy. Home buyers and Realtors benefit through uncluttered web pages and speedy web site navigation at no charge.

The president of MGB Publications, Inc. announces the opening of http://www.inspectorsreference.com.

This site is a national registry or directory of home inspectors across the country (USA) It will be unique in several ways.

It presents information such as: company name, the inspector, web URL, phone number, e-mail address, association memberships, affiliations and certifications (including ASHI, NAHI, NACHI, State, BBB), years in business, and an abbreviated experience and background for each inspector. This information is in a spreadsheet format to allow as many inspectors to be viewed as possible per page.

There will be no distracting third party advertising or graphics to clutter pages and slow down site navigation.

The directory is supported and funded solely by home inspectors. Each inspector pays the same flat fee so there is no prioritization of the information relative to a fee structure.

Resource pages are in develpment which provide links to sites such as: the Environmental Protection Agency, The Consumer Products Safety Administration, equipment and appliance manufacturers, construction trade associations, building materials manufacturers (and their associations), materials defect and failure issues (and resutling class-action law suites), and more.

One page will serve as an online industry magazine featuring articles written by experts in thier trade or field which will be of interest to most visitors.

Mr. Bryan explains, "Offering this information to home buyers helps them realize that credentials, background, education and experience are critical factors in selecting a home inspector. Home buyers often tend to be more concerned with the cost.

A home inspection cannot possibly eliminate one's risk in purchasing real estate, but it can reduce it considerably. Selecting a properly trained, certified and experienced home inspector is the key. This site provides most of the important information a home buyer should consider as they narrow their search for an inspector that meets their specific needs and comfort level."

The site has been on the internet for five days and has acquired approximately one hundred and thirty home inspectors to date, Mr. Bryan revealed. We're, obviously, quite encouraged and extremely optimistic about the future of this site.

MGB Publications, inc. also sells books and report forms to home inspectors along with brochure, business card and web site design services at http://www.mgbpublications.com.
