Outside the Lines, Inc. Releases Salary and Benefits Survey Reports

Comprehensive salary & benefit reports now available for the wine, restaurant & hotel / lodging industries.

Sonoma, CA (PRWEB) January 21, 2006 -- Outside the Lines, Inc.(OTL) recently released the results of its 2005 Salary and Benefits Surveys, which compile information about salaries and benefits for the Wine, Full Service Restaurant and Hotel/Lodging Industries in the U.S.

According to the survey, many of the benefits employees want are being offered by fewer companies this year than last. The percentage of wineries offering medical insurance dropped from 84.2% to 81.7% in the last year. A similar trend was seen in most benefits, with the exception being paid time off/vacation, which actually rose from being offered at 76.6% of the wineries surveyed in 2004 to 78.5% of those surveyed in 2005.

In addition to compiling the entry-level, average and maximum salary levels from all levels of management and executives in each industry, the Salary Surveys break down the participating industry companies by size, segment, city and state.
