Job Interviews for Sissies

Want to ace that job interview? If so, check out the advice at this free Website. You’ll craft great stories that match your experience and demonstrate how valuable you’ll be as a new employee. You’ll make the interviewer want you to start now. No gimmicks, no tricks, just a clever way of crafting short, meaningful stories that are good for any situation: job interviews, short speeches, or party conversation. Winston Churchill used a very similar technique. It works!

San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) January 21, 2006 -- Facing a job interview soon? No worries, just go to www.jobinterviewsforsissies.com and you’ll quickly pull together a thirty-second story about each job on your resume. Each story will leave the interviewer speechless and you’ll get called back for sure. And, it’s all free.

Randy Schroeder learned this technique from a vocational counselor, who gave him permission to pass it on to others needing that little extra something to make sure they’re resume doesn’t end up in the “call back never” file.

Why are these stories helpful?

- Helps ground you, so you feel totally prepared and ready for anything.
- Demonstrates that you are a problem solver.
- Sets the tone for you as a clear, confident, friendly, upbeat person.
- Tells how you contribute to the company.
- Keeps answers short and complete; so you don’t over speak.
- Gives you a new level of confidence.
- Keeps you relaxed, which shows you’re strong, yet friendly.

The process is simple and can actually be used for any situation. It’s a system that was used by Winston Churchill. All it takes is a little pre-planning and you’re up and running.

The basis is that we all contribute to the place we’re employed. Usually, we forget the little things we did to make a difference, and this process helps dig up those little gems that really show what a valuable employee you really are. In a nutshell, here’s how it works:

1. Think of something you did that helped fix something were you worked.
2. Remember the process you used to after you decided to fix it.
3. Recall how it all ended.

Then use your information from the steps above to create the PAR:

P – The problem you saw.
A – The action you took.
R – The results, quantified.

The entire process is explained clearly in a step-by-step process that guides you through to the end; so you’ll end-up with one story for each job on your resume. This will also bring your resume to life; so it’s not just a group of well-crafted words on a page. Those words will have a personality, and the stories will cement the experience in the mind of the interviewer too.

Too much emphasis is placed on the resume, the right clothes, etc. Yet, very few people have addressed how to craft stories you can use to get hired.

Check it out at: www.jobinterviewforsissies.com and get started now. It’s easy and fun.
