Tyler Healthcare Center/ Avera (THC) Subscribes to Saferating Inc. Paperless Form Technology (PFT) and Unlimited, Web-based Forms

Today Saferating Inc. announces that Tyler, Minnesota -based Tyler Healthcare Center has subscribed to its Unlimited Subscription Model. This subscription allows THC to build an unlimited number of web-based paperless forms and databases to collect, assemble, and report needed data instantly; these include Med Error Reporting, Interventions, Adverse Drug Reations, and many more.

Tyler Healthcare Center has subscribed to Saferating's Unlimited PFT Model to transitions its Risk Management, Quality, and Clinical data reporting. Line staff will utilize HIPAA compliant web forms to report Medication Errors, Incident Reports, Pharmacy Clinical Interventions, and more.
