Appointed to the board were:

*Lieutenant General George R. (Ron) Christmas, United States Marine Corps (Ret.), formerly the Deputy Chief of Staff for Manpower and Reserve Affairs

*Lieutenant General Thomas N. Griffin, Jr., United States Army (Ret.), formerly Chief of Staff, Allied Forces Southern Europe

*Lieutenant General Robert E. Kelley, United States Air Force (Ret.), formerly Superintendent of the United States Air Force Academy

*Rear Admiral Thomas C. Lynch, United States Navy (Ret.), formerly Superintendent of the United States Naval Academy

“We are pleased that these outstanding leaders have accepted our invitation to oversee our operations,” said Drew Myers, President of RecruitMilitary and a former Marine Captain, “and we are proud to associate our company with them. We look forward to their guidance and mentoring on a host of strategic and tactical matters. On the strategic side, for example, we have recently been presented with several outstanding business opportunities; the board will help us prioritize them and seize the right ones. On the tactical side, the board will help us open up new channels of communication with employers, job seekers, and government agencies.”

“In working with the board, we will submit our annual strategic plan and periodic re-drafts for thorough critiques,” said Myers. “We will want the board to hold us accountable for meeting plan goals, and to suggest re-direction as appropriate. And we have asked them to pass along to us, on an ongoing basis, their critical observations and their ideas regarding new opportunities.”
