Dallas, TX (PRWEB) January 25, 2006
Vocada, Inc, pioneer and leader in the emerging business of critical test results management, has named Scott Segell, a seasoned information technology executive, to the newly created position of Vice President for Customer Delivery.
Vocada’s unique VoiceLink™ enterprise software is the first system that eliminates the communication delays and failures that often occur within health care delivery systems and which threaten patient safety. VoiceLink, a hosted system that requires no investment in additional software or hardware, enables health care systems to comply with regulatory and accreditation standards for medical communications and measure their performance against system goals.
In his new position at Vocada, Segell will ensure that new VoiceLink implementations meet customer expectations and that VoiceLink customers are able to employ best practices and continuous process improvement in critical test results management, according to Peter White, CEO and co-founder of Vocada.
Segell brings to Vocada more than 15 years of professional services experience as a technology operations executive, process consultant and business strategist. He has specialized in helping Fortune 1000 organizations leverage technology to improve processes around critical business functions, along with implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
White said the company¹s strong growth has enabled it to add senior executive talent and secure its position as the leading company in critical test results management. The VoiceLink customer base already numbers almost 60 major medical centers across the country, and the company expects continued strong growth in 2006.
