(PRWEB) January 29, 2006 -- Frequency control product specialist, Euroquartz now offers a wider range of programmable oscillators available on short delivery times.

The range includes LVDS and LVPECL oscillators that can be delivered with specified frequency band and custom specifications within 15 working days as standard with options of 10, 7, 5 and 3 working days when production loading permits.

The XOPL81 series of factory programmable LVDS oscillators provides high reliability in use and offers stability from ±50ppm over -40 to +85 deg C. Supply voltages of 3.3 or 5.0V are available, the 3.3V version being suitable for driving 2.5V logic arrays. Housed in a miniature 11.4 x 9.6mm eight pad surface mount device (SMD) package, the LVDS programmable oscillators are available in the frequency range from 1 to 133MHz and are ideal for a wide range of applications including XAUI, 1 and 10 Gigabit Ethernet, Fibre Channel, ISCSI, Sonet, Infiniband, Hypertransport, PCI Express, SPI 4.2 and Serial ATA devices.

Specifications include ageing of ±5ppm per year maximum, 40mA maximum supply current, output waveform symmetry from 45/55% to 55/45% (1.25V level), rise/fall times of 1ns maximum and output load of RL = 100 ohms maximum, CL = 10pF maximum. Two versions are available with operating temperature ranges from -20 to +70 deg C (commercial) and -40 to +85 deg C (industrial). Storage temperature range is -55 to +125 deg C.

XOPL71 series LVPECL factory programmable oscillators provide custom frequency and specifications within very short lead times. The parts offer high reliability in use and offer stability from ±50ppm over -40 to +85 deg C. Supply voltages offered are 3.3 and 5.0V and the range is available over a wide frequency range from 1 to 800MHz.

Housed in a standard 11.4 x 9.6mm SMD package, XOPL71 series LVPECL oscillator specifications include ageing of ±5ppm/year maximum, power supply current of 40mA maximum and clock rise/fall times of 0.6ns typical (1.5ns maximum). Three versions are offered covering temperature ranges of 0 to +70 C (commercial), -20 to +70 C (extended commercial) and -40 to +85 C (industrial). Storage temperature range is -55 to +125 C.

Euroquartz LVDS and LVPECL factory programmable oscillators are manufactured in the company's Somerset-based UK production facility and can be supplied with fully customisable specifications within 15 working days as standard and as little as three working days.
