Significant new features include an Expression Builder, File Feed Wizard, Enhanced Monitoring and Reporting.

New Expression Builder. The Call Notify IVR Platform now includes a sophisticated Expression Builder that enables IVR developers or SkyCreek developers to build logical expressions to facilitate the real-time customization of the call flow to be delivered via any inbound or outbound voice application. For example, an IVR developer can use the Expression Builder to dynamically alter the greeting based on the time of day.

Enhanced File Feed Wizard. Enhanced File Feed Wizard is included with the release to facilitate the integration and use of date received via flat file. The enhanced wizard enables users to define a file format definition which can be used on an ad hoc (one time) or continuing basis to load data into a campaign presentation at runtime to make customized outbound calls. The business benefits for both the Expression Builder and enhanced File Feed Wizard are to reduce the custom software development required for deploying voice applications, resulting in faster deployments and an increased return on investment for a specific application.

Enhanced Monitoring and Reporting. To further drive the usability, the release will include enhanced monitoring functionality, and a variety of additional “canned” reports out of the box with the application.
