Although the prior version of Host Budget contained both detailed workforce planning and project budgeting capabilities using standard costs, the new version offers the ability to use actual costs from the HR plan. Additionally, the “to be hired” headcount requirements from a project plan are now seamlessly integrated with the HR plan.
