Attila Juhasz, owner of Attila’s Creative Works, LLC, (ACW) is adding premium domain name brokerage to its business operations. With a growing need for highly recognizable domain names, particularly the “.com’s” ACW is positioned to add a new lucrative revenue stream to it’s business model in 2006.
With select domain names selling for 7 figures in 2005, and many more in the 6 figure realm, the “.com” unique name rush is on again as it was in the mid-90s. Familiar with the dot com craze of the 90s, Juhasz sold “HorrorMovies.com” in 1998 to the now defunct Unapix Entertainment.
“It’s a business in itself,” cites Juhasz, “domain name brokerage is big money. In the past, I focused on building sites with revenue generating models, and though I am continuing to do that, I find there is greater ROI in the domain name buying and selling business.”
With industry reports of digital and mobile music revenues topping $1.1 Billion in 2005, and to kick off this new business model, ACW has put up one of its domains, LegendsOfRock.com, for auction on eBay. That is just one in the over 100 quality domain name assets in the ACW library. “ACW has many other names, some that will be sold on eBay,” says Juhasz, “and many others that will be solicited through targeted marketing campaigns and sold privately.
A web site is currently being developed that will focus on ACW’s domain brokerage services.
