Singer-Songwriter Ani Minasian Opens for Howard Jones in L.A.

80's pop icon Howard Jones will perform an acoustic concert on Feb. 4th in Los Angeles, featuring an opening set by L.A.-based singer-songwriter Ani Minasian

Gardena, CA (PRWEB) January 28, 2006 -- L.A.-based singer-songwriter Ani Minasian will open for 80's pop icon Howard Jones on Saturday, February 4, 2006 at the Normandie Casino in Gardena, CA. Likened to Sheryl Crow and Alanis Morisette, the soulful vocalist will be performing an acoustic set of original songs with her signature humanistic and spiritual themes. Accompanying Ani on piano will be award-winning composer and South African activist Rashid Lanie.

The all-acoustic concert (Howard Jones will be accompanied by guitarist Robin Boult) and intimate venue will allow fans a more personal experience of the evening’s performances.

The venue, a recently redecorated concert hall, features tufted booths and tables in rich shades of red, stylized to look like an old-time saloon theatre, and is housed inside a working casino.
