MTI® Technical Manager Laura Grahame has accepted an invitation to participate in the Digging Deeper: Technical Issues in Speech Technology and Application Delivery panel at the SpeechTEK West/AVIOS 2006 Conference taking place at the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco, California.

MTI® Technical Manager Laura Grahame has accepted an invitation to participate in the Digging Deeper: Technical Issues in Speech Technology and Application Delivery panel at the SpeechTEK West/AVIOS 2006 Conference taking place at the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco, California. Laura will be presenting the Managing Changing Parameters in Live Application Deployments component of the panel session, on Feb 1, 2006, 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM.

Laura Grahame has a diverse professional background, with significant business knowledge and experience in several different industries. She joined MTI in 1995 to take on the role of Technical Manager. In her position, she is responsible for the project management of the company’s technology development initiatives, programming design and analysis, and day-to-day operations within the MIS department. Her expertise allows her to work with all of MTI’s software and service applications to implement strategic programs for clients, including working with Integrated Web and IVR applications, IVR automation and reporting, database integration, as well as custom applications. Prior to joining MTI®, she was a senior executive in the hospitality industry focusing on Medical Statistical Analysis. Laura is an accomplished expert in the field of Speech Technology specializing in VUI Design and architecture.
