“Habbos” Will Have Opportunity To “Hang Out” With The Award-Winning Punk/Pop Artists

On January 31st alternative artists Yellowcard will check into HABBO HOTEL (http://www.habbohotel.com), one of the world’s largest and hottest on-line destinations for teenagers. The band will be on hand to chat about their highly-anticipated new album “Lights and Sounds,” which debuts this week.

During the visit, the band – using their specially created Habbo characters -- will check into HABBO HOTEL’S “Teen People Terrace” at 6:15 to 7pm EST for their interview, as well as hang out with fans and answer questions about their music, tour, and new CD. The interview will be broadcasted live over Habbo’s exclusive Internet Radio Stream, dnD Power Hour hosted by dubya and Dileas (http://www.dndpowerhour.com).

Yellowcard is made up of Ryan Key, Sean Mackin, Ryan Mendez, Pete Mosely and Longineu “LP” Parsons III. After signing with Capitol Records in 2003, they released “Ocean Avenue,” which went double-platinum and featured the hit singles “Way Away” and “Only One”. “Ocean Avenue” sold 2.5 million copies world-wide. The band was also honored with the MTV2 Award at the 2004 MTV Video Music Awards.
