Duquesa Marketing Inc. to Handle Auto Safety Device Development and Launch

Safety Stop Parking System Retains International Consulting Firm for Branding and Licensing Effort.

Ft. Thomas, KY (PRWEB) January 28, 2006 -- Safety Stop, Dallas, TX has retained the consulting services of Duquesa Marketing to direct the product development and licensing of a proprietary new home use parking control system. Geoff Ficke, Pres. of Duquesa Marketing made the announcement today.

“The Safety Stop is an elegantly simple parking guide designed to assist new, impaired and elderly drivers position cars safely in tight parking spaces,” said Nancy Ficke, Gen. Mgr. of Duquesa Marketing. “The guide virtually eliminates the scratching, denting or alignment issues young drivers and many seniors face. The savings in insurance premiums and body shop visits make the Safety Stop an important garage accessory.”

Many new drivers have difficulty in properly gauging clearances, especially in tight spaces. Older drivers, as well, often lose depth perception. The result is scratched, dented vehicles, hitting stationary objects or parking too tightly against other vehicles or surfaces, making entry and exit difficult. The Safety Stop, installed with no tools, offers a simple visual guide for proper vehicle placement.

“I watched my son struggle with placing our station wagon in the center of our garage”, said Geoff Ficke. “My mother-in-law, now in her 80’s, has a row of dings, dents and scratches on both sides of her mid-size sedan. If we had utilized the Safety Stop for them, they would have been able to avoid these knocks”. Use of Safety Stop will minimize dents, preserve the re-sale value of cars, eliminate insurance claims and maintain auto exterior appearance.

Safety Stop is anticipated to be ready for demonstration during Summer- 2006. Pricing is being refined and a retail of $9.95 is anticipated. The system will be presented as a Licensing opportunity for Companies in the automotive accessory product market.
