RNR, Inc. Announces Plans to Launch Several New Domestic and International Business Ventures in 2006.

On January 20, 2006, RNR, Inc., announced its incorporation as a company specializing in E-commerce, wholesale distribution and direct-to-consumer business. The company is planning major expansion and creating seven new business ventures this year.

According to Mike Maas, CEO and Founder of RNR, Inc., the organization’s immediate strategic goal is to launch seven new businesses by 2007. The first venture called http://www.rocknrebates.com is an internet store specializing in high-end electronics including the latest consumer audio/video gear, cameras, video games, etc., with a simple and easy rebate program that gives 20% automatic cash back given directly to the consumer. RNR, Inc. will launch the electronics internet store February 1, 2006 and is already working on a second endeavor called http://www.funinIS.com to export games and novelty products to the international marketplace. The third venture called http://www.fashnfun.com will be a direct-to-consumer fashion accessories business, which is in the planning stages for a March 2006 launch.

The company currently employs 12 highly skilled professionals in the Phoenix, AZ area who are committed to executing the company vision. The vision is simple but aggressive and is called “4X7.” It is based on a set of four metrics and goals the company will use going forward. One of these metrics is starting seven new business ventures by 2007. “We will aim high and relentlessly live the vision. This is how the company will truly be successful,” says Maas. “We are going to need additional creative people who understand our vision and know what it takes to get it done,” says Todd Truax, Senior Vice President of Finance.
