ChangeWave Research launched "The 25% Cash Machine: Strategic High Income Investing," an online newsletter by editor, Bryan Perry. "The 25% Cash Machine," is a methodical approach to provide income and growth portfolio investors with a goal of earning 25% a year from a combination of high-yield dividends and capital appreciation investments.

ChangeWave Research, a subsidiary of Phillips Investment Resources, LLC, announced the launch of The 25% Cash Machine: Strategic High Income Investing, an online newsletter service. Bryan Perry will serve as editor of the newsletter, written to help individual investors manage their own portfolio of high yield securities rotated among the strongest sectors of the economy.

The 25% Cash Machine was launched following the overwhelming success of Perry's special report by the same name which introduced a methodical approach to provide income and growth portfolio investors with a goal of earning 25% a year from a combination of high-yield dividends and capital appreciation investments.

"After 20 years of trying just about every approach to enhance the value of long-term portfolios, I've found a strategy that consistently beats the market's historical returns year after year," says Bryan Perry, who is also co-founder of Alexander Perry Corporation, a money management firm. "These high-yield securities not only pay a whopping yield, but they also exhibit less volatility than a portfolio blue chip stocks."

Strategic high-income investing involves a relatively simple strategy of owning and managing a basket of about 20 to 25 high-yield securities and rotating among the strongest sectors of the economy. In addition to researching securities that pay high dividends in the 10% to 12% range with a total return goal of 25%, Mr. Perry will provide subscribers to the newsletter with insight into asset diversification, high yield risk evaluation, and sector rotation.

The mission of The 25% Cash Machine is to show the income investor in the next 5, 10 or 20 years a way to beat the historical returns of the major averages and get at least twice the dividend stream on income assets compared to what the banks and traditional blue chip stocks are paying.

The 25% Cash Machine will include a monthly PDF Newsletter, weekly updates, flash alerts, and 24/7 use of the 25% Cash Machine web site.
