Eat like a King without Spending like One
The Baby Boomer’s Retirement Cookbook, by Joy Jameson provides cooks of all levels quality recipes and how to cook them on a tight budget.
San Diego, California (PRWEB) January 28, 2006 -- People often joke that they will be eating dog food in their golden years, due to a lack of retirement savings or the demise of corporate or government pensions. But has anyone ever truly done the cost analysis to see if they would be saving money by resorting to Fido's diet? Joy Jameson has done the research, and you will be pleasantly astonished by her findings. In The Baby Boomer’s Retirement Cookbook, or How to Eat Cheaper than Dog Food, she clearly and deliciously demonstrates that there is no financial need for anyone to join Fido on the floor.
This is an outstanding culinary book filled with all kinds of promising recipes for inexpensive meals. Each entry includes cost breakdowns of the meal, and its ingredients. Also included are attractive color photographs showing why these meals are better than Fido's. This book is perfect for anyone who would like to eat well, and yet cheaper than what it would cost to live on dog food. Unlike those unwieldy and intimidating cookbooks that end up being used only as impromptu spice racks, Joy Jameson's delightful contribution to low-cost cooking is quite accessible to cooks of any skill level, and sure to please anyone who eats off of a plate.
So if you are always saying that eating healthy is expensive try out The Baby Boomer’s Retirement Cookbook, and your taste buds will thank you (as will Fido, who probably wouldn't appreciate the competition at dinnertime anyway).
