He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the federal District Courts for the Northern District of California and the Central District of California.
A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and Vanderbilt University School of Law, Mr. LeRoy was a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force before retiring with the grade of Colonel. He managed the Medical Processing and Appellate Departments at Brayton Purcell before being promoted to his present position.
