Phoenix Staff, Inc., a recognized leader in professional placement, today announced that the company is significantly expanding their hiring capabilities in three vertical roles, including Accounting and Finance, Sales and Marketing, and Administrative and Clerical. The decision to broaden recruitment in these disciplines is in response to the strong growth in the IT industry, which respectively has increased the demand for supportive and structural roles. The strategy for this augmentation has been in the works for nearly one year, and is the first of three major shifts in strategy that Phoenix Staff will be announcing as part of their overall business plan throughout the coming year.
In order to immediately implement the company’s bolstered services, Phoenix Staff recently hired veteran recruiting expert, Carol Ross, as the company’s Director of Strategy. In this role, Ross will initially be tasked with building an internal recruiting team that can meet the current demand from customers and then will grow the individual lines of business based on future growth expectations. Ross has been a professional recruiter for the past eight years in Arizona where she has built a stellar reputation for her staffing expertise and long-term relationships.

Ross most recently worked as Sales Manager for Thomson Netg, formerly KnowledgeNet, where her responsibilities included recruiting the inside sales team. Her team at KnowledgeNet delivered exponential growth throughout the six years she was with the company. Prior to KnowledgeNet, Ross was Division Director for OfficeTeam, a division of Robert Half International. She was charged with the responsibility to grow the downtown Phoenix market with contract administrative professionals.
