Kubi Enable Addresses Information Overload to Drive Sales Effectiveness

Growing body of industry research cites CEO concerns over information overload and need for productivity tools. Kubi Enable is part of a growing class of CRM productivity tools designed to address such concerns and help drive sales effectiveness.

Lincoln, MA (PRWEB) January 31, 2006 -- Kubi Software®, Inc., an innovator in sales effectiveness solutions, today announced that a recent Gartner, Inc. report, “How CEO Concerns at Year-end 2005 Should Drive IT Strategies” (January 9, 2006), cites among its findings: ‘Good project portfolio management capabilities will be vital because various complex and linked initiatives will affect each other. And, CEOs are concerned that ‘managers are suffering from information overload’ with Gartner recommending that companies ‘provide productivity tools to senior executives’ to address the concern over information overload.

“We believe leading research firms are recognizing the business problems we’ve identified with our customers,” said Mark Rankovic, president and CEO of Kubi Software, “specifically, companies are coping with the escalating challenges of information overload in the form of email, which is hindering productivity and sales effectiveness. We believe the release of the Gartner report as well as other industry research that identifies the need for CRM productivity tools to be most timely and in a sense a clarion call to sales executives -- your business challenges are experienced across industries, there are solutions to address these challenges and 2006 is the year to implement them.”

in that critical information cannot quickly and easily be distilled from the deluge of email received daily by executives and sales team members.
Kubi Enable Tackles Information Overload to Improve Productivity
Addressing issues of information overload and the lack of customer relationship management (CRM) productivity tools, Kubi Enable is a sales-effectiveness solution. It is embedded into existing email applications and integrates with SFA/CRM applications (e.g. Siebel) as well as other enterprise applications to provide solutions to business problems that span multiple systems but need to be delivered inside the user’s personal productivity tool. Implementing Kubi Enable, organizations are able to improve personal and team productivity and accelerate sales processes so that sales deals close more quickly and more often.

“Ironically, information overload is creating information gaps,” noted Rankovic, “in that critical information cannot quickly and easily be distilled from the deluge of email received daily by executives and sales team members.” Kubi Enable is capable of combining what would otherwise be multiple emails on any given sales opportunity into a single item that maintains and records all actions, interactions and communications performed by all the users associated with that sales opportunity -- internally and externally. This core capability eliminates searching through hundreds of emails to find-time sensitive requests, creates a centralized and consistent activity audit trail, and streamlines and expedites workflows among sales team members.

The Gartner report, “How CEOs Concerns at Year-end 2005 Should Drive IT Strategies” by Mark Raskino, Jorge Lopez, and Ken McGee (January 9, 2006), is an analysis of multiple surveys of CEOs’ concerns in mid- to late-2005. It provides an important agenda for proactive IT leaders.
