Eduventures Secures Strategic Investment; Partnership to Support Expansion of Offerings

Eduventures, the leading independent source of intelligence for the global education market, today announced that it has entered into a strategic transaction with affiliates of Knowledge Investment Partners, LLC (KIP), an investment firm specializing in the education and information service sectors, and The Invus Group, LLC (Invus), a New York-based private equity firm with over $3 billion in assets under management.

Eduventures’ offerings include targeted membership programs, consulting services and executive events. The Company has annual contracts with more than 200 of the world’s most innovative and prestigious educational institutions and companies and has tripled in size over the past two years.
