Eliminate that mid-day fatigue by implementing a yoga break into your conference. It revitalizes both the body and the mind. Focus on the breath and the body brings clarity of attention to the rest of the day.
Unique Yoga Retreats provides four options for these breaks.
Option 1: Since UYR has both Certified Meeting Professionals and Certified Yoga Instructors, they can plan your entire conference in addition to providing yoga breaks during the conference. Or they can act as on-site meeting staff during the day in conjunction with your meeting staff, and then provide the breaks.
Option 2: Fifteen minute morning and/or afternoon yoga breaks. Have 15 minute yoga breaks followed by 5 minute coffee breaks. These breaks provide a healthy and extremely effective method for rejuvenating the body and mind. These are done in regular work attire.
Option 3: A variety of yoga, meditation, and team building breaks throughout the day.
Option 4: Yoga class in the morning before the conference, this includes all yoga equipment. Participants are asked to wear loose fitting work out clothes. These are intro classes so all are welcome. This sets the tone for focus during the conference.
