Johnson, VT (PRWEB) February 3, 2006 -- From a tiny rural town in the State of Vermont, in the United States, Charmane Rae Kelley, author and poet, has put together her second collection of poems. This fully-illustrated softcover book includes ninety of her newest poems, and is a wonderful, inspirational read for poetry lovers.
Ms. Kelley's first collection of poems titled, "Spirits and Visions of the Soul Poetry" was published by Lulu.com in 2004. Her poems have been included in highly prestigous poetry anthologies such as the "Dan River Anthology, 2005," and the "Dan River Anthology, 2006" which are published by Dan River Press in Maine, in the U.S. Her poems highlight her experiences as a child, farming life, and the summers she spent on her uncle's farm in Vermont. Her poems have also been included in the publications, "Symphonies," and "Ferment of Images," which were collections published by Cyberwit.net of India, and her poems have been published in numerous other publications around the world. With reviewers from the United States, and as far away as China, marveling at her insight and creativity, she is proud to announce the release of her newest collection, "Little Leaflet of Poems." Kelley says that this collection goes even deeper in her soul and mind. In a recent interview with Kelley, she explained where she looks within herself for her vision to write. "I have always loved nature and it's freshness, from flowers with dew drops on the petals in the morning, to the steam rising from a pond at night. I try to capture in words, the wonderful sounds, and the simplistic beauty of nature," Kelley said.
Ms. Kelley is a native of the State of Vermont in the United States. She lives with her daughter, Sara, and two cats. She grew up in farming country, having raised and trained a Morgan Arab filly on her own, tended to dairy farm animals, such as cows, and also pigs, chickens, goats, and domestic dogs and cats. Her poems are inspirational, and deeply moving to read, as she expresses also her feelings on death and dying, and her visions of heaven, that she says she has seen in her dreams. Her book is available currently on Lulu.com, and will be released on Amazon.com within weeks.
