This includes a custom iBox sent to the customer’s location in the continental U.S. via overnight courier to pickup the nano for overnight delivery back to the iPodResQ service center. iPodResQ will receive the nano, install a NEW 400 mAh high-capacity battery the same day it is received, and return the nano back to the customer overnight. For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or any international location the service is provided at a nominal additional cost to cover additional shipping expenses.
