The Resort at Paws Up, Montana, has assembled seven extraordinary culinary talents from around the US and brought them all to Montana's newest luxury resort for one magnificent, unforgettable event starting on March 19, 2006:

7 Chefs in 7 Days.

Each night, guests will be treated to innovative gourmet meals; hands-on cooking instruction; stimulating demonstrations; exquisite wine, port, cheese and chocolate tastings; and exhilarating chef-hosted wilderness adventures.

The 7 Chefs hail from across the United States. Their dinners include: Aphrodisiac Cuisine, a Cattle Baron’s Dinner with cowboy poetry, French Naturelle cooking, an Exotic Game Feast and even a Chocolate Decadence Dinner–where chocolate is infused in each course. Each chef will also give cooking instruction or a demonstration – providing guests with an unforgettable personal gourmet learning experience.

In the afternoons, guests will be invited to participate in Wilderness Adventures offered at The Resort, including fly-fishing with a renown French Chef, horseback riding with world-class vintners, shooting sporting clays with a highly acclaimed Montana chef and much more.

Guests will stay in impeccably appointed private homes–where amenities like en-suite spa treatments, feather beds and fine linens are coupled with all of the modern conveniences of home, including hot tubs, flat-screen TVs, kitchens, and Internet access.
