CCC Technologies, Inc., “The Convergence Company” recently completed deployment of a new Avaya telephony network for The Joffrey Ballet in Chicago.
The Joffrey Ballet, a star in Chicago’s fine arts community looked to partner with a telephony network provider with a proven track record and established reputation in the industry, and found that partner in CCC Technologies.
“My chief concern in undertaking this project was to ensure we experienced as little down time as possible,” explains Joffrey Network Administrator, Mark Donatelli, “The scope of the project included upgrading our administrative offices’ phone system as well as our telemarketing team’s call center under the same system, while still maintaining two separate identities. Through effective planning, pre-migration training and high attention to details on the part of CCC, the cutover appeared seamless and our workflow was able to continue without interruption.”
A very critical aspect of this deployment was the timing. System implementation occurred during the wrap-up of the telemarketing season and just prior to the opening of The Nutcracker, which is one of the busiest times of the year.
Mr. Donatelli goes on to explain, “Many of the vendors I deal with have a good product, but fail miserably in customer support. In dealing with CCC Technologies, I had direct lines to my account representative, my project manager, and every one of my installation technicians. The turn-around time for questions was always excellent and the answers themselves were knowledgeable and direct. One of the install technicians even came in and stayed late on his wedding anniversary to go over the wiring and make sure there would be no surprises during the cutover. That degree of attention is a rarity. It is highly important to find partners that are not only technically capable, but that treat their customers as an asset independent of the dollar figure attached to them, and I found that partner with CCC Technologies.”
