Gameroom Designs owner Todd McClure has decided to close his second, and largest, retail billiards supply store located in Bedford Texas, a Dallas suburb, and go into the wholesale distribution end of the business to promote his own unique brand known as “McClure Tables” (www.McClureTables.com) on a national level.

McClure has to decided to instead focus his energies in the wholesale distribution of his own unique line of pool and game tables that are the product of more than 25 years of experience in the industry.

“After years of carrying other brands,” said McClure, “we realized that we did not have any features or benefits that gave the retail dealer any advantage or reason for the consumer to choose one brand over the next, so we designed our own line of products, and while we set up a dealer network we decided it was a good time to get out of the retail end of this business, sell our entire inventory of $1.5 Million, and go nationwide, strictly wholesale, with our own line”.

The McClure brand of table, unlike industry leaders Olhausen and Brunswick, is said to be a better pool table all around with better pricing for the consumer. With over sized large legs and hard wood top rails with very special hand selected first quality woods like Siberian Maple, African Zapelli, American Walnut, and Hard Maple, the McClure brand of table has been engineered with a stronger frame complete with machine bolt construction with all wood to wood hardware and no metal brackets or hangers. Also used is higher than industry average table slate, which is 1" thick, and diamond honed on both sides from one of the top mines in Brazil.
